STS TAX
  • Tax assistance - The firm provides ongoing tax advice for their clients' reoccurring fulfilment requirements both for direct and indirect taxes. Our professional support includes written advice on specific issues regarding tax, litigation and studies and opinions on international taxation.
  • Company services - We assist clients in structuring any type of transaction in Italy and abroad, taking care of the preparation and negotiation of trade agreements of any kind, providing advice for shareholder’s and board meetings, as well as in the course of day-to-day management.
  • Legal control over the accounts - The firm's advisors are all certified professionals and qualified to hold the title of “Auditors” on the “Board of Auditors” and the “Auditors of Public Administrations”.
